Job Description


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team in Shanghai as an Assembly Line Engineer. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing assembly line processes.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient assembly line layouts and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production equipment and tooling
  • Analyze and improve assembly line performance using data-driven insights
  • Implement automation and robotics solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Train and mentor junior engineers on assembly line best practices


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly line engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
