Job Summary:

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our Wuhan project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring timely and quality delivery. You will coordinate and supervise various activities on-site, ensuring that all work meets company and client standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate staffing and recruitment in the Wuhan area, ensuring client staffing needs are met.
  2. Supervise and coordinate on-site recruitment activities, including interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.
  3. Manage and implement Employer of Record (EOR) services, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis, formulate and adjust recruitment strategies.
  6. Manage and guide the on-site team, enhancing work efficiency and team collaboration.
  7. Resolve various issues that arise on-site, ensuring smooth recruitment and EOR services.
  8. Conduct employee training and development, ensuring team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  9. Maintain recruitment databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  10. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring business continuity.
Requirements:

Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field degree or above.

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and staffing management, with EOR service experience preferred.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR management systems, with solid professional knowledge.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling emergencies.

Good communication and coordination skills, maintaining good cooperation with clients and team.

Proficiency in using office software and recruitment management software.

Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work, able to work under high pressure.

Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliant operations.
