Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety and Environmental Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with national safety regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-operation safety checks and confirm readiness for tasks.
• Enforce safety measures during the loading and unloading of goods to maintain a secure environment.
• Supervise contractor-operated forklift activities to guarantee safe operations.
• Immediately halt any unsafe practices and report to management.
• Perform on-site inspections to identify and report hazards promptly.
• Familiarize yourself with the Group's and Company's SHE policies.

2. Warehouse Management:
This role is responsible for maintaining optimal warehouse conditions, ensuring that equipment and signage meet regulatory standards.
• Uphold a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Engage in 5S, OCS, and related initiatives.
• Regularly assess warehouse conditions, including structural integrity and safety equipment, and report any issues for resolution.
• Conduct daily inspections of raw material and finished goods warehouses to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate weather-related impacts.

3. Inventory Control:
Ensure all materials are well-maintained, organized, and accurately accounted for.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard inventory and manage procedural compliance.
• Conduct timely and regular stock audits.
• Provide weekly updates on inventory status and report anomalies.
• Maintain materials in excellent condition and ensure proper organization.
• Oversee physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies monthly.
• Maintain product levels in accordance with targets.
• Understand and apply MSDS for raw materials to ensure proper storage conditions.
• Create a raw material ledger to track storage locations and key dates, managing materials approaching expiration effectively.
• Regularly clear out products older than three months and manage recycling of materials.
• Understand YMS and WMS systems and be prepared to learn as necessary.
• Analyze logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English (CET Band 4 or above, BEC Preliminary Level or above).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics, or less experience with a higher educational background.
• Technical Skills: Strong safety awareness, familiarity with warehouse regulations, and average proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics regulatory requirements and best practices, with SAP or ERP experience preferred.
