Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team in Shanghai. This role will involve coordinating and managing real-world evidence (RWE) studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level clinical research professional to utilize their skills in a role that requires a passion for real-world evidence study paired with an entrepreneurial flair. As this is a priority growth area for our company, there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to establish themselves and drive the establishment and expansion of RWE studies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ethics and Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit ethics applications and other regulatory documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
  • Data Management and Analysis: Oversee data collection, entry, and management for studies conducted in China, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  • Study Coordination and Management: Coordinate the design, execution, and reporting of RWE studies specific to the China market;
  • Site Setup and Support: Identify and coordinate with clinical research sites in China, ensuring all necessary infrastructure and protocols are in place;
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or a related field, with a focus on study set-up, ethical approval, and project management. Prior experience of working in investigator site management, including conducting monitoring visits, from either a pharmaceutical company or a CRO environment is also desirable.
