Cloud Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Engineer to join our team at ITC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch cloud solutions to our clients across Asia.

• Provide level 3 technical support for Azure-related issues, serving as the escalation point for unresolved incidents and problems.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions utilizing Azure Service Bus for messaging and integration purposes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents and problems, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with level 2 engineers to provide guidance and mentorship on resolving complex technical challenges.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure technologies, with a strong understanding of core services and functionalities.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex level 3 technical issues in Azure environments.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience applying them in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with resource monitoring tools and techniques to track key performance indicators and identify potential bottlenecks.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
