Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IVD Reagent Scientist to join our team at Agilent Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing flow cytometry-based reagents for use in IVD assays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop flow cytometry-based reagents for IVD assays
  • Perform and interpret flow cytometry experiments to assess reagent performance
  • Conduct validation studies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain detailed records of experimental designs, results, and procedures
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to facilitate the transition of flow cytometry reagents from development to production
  • Stay updated on advancements in flow cytometry and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in Immunology, Medical Science, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field with a focus on flow cytometry
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and optimizing reagents for IVD applications
  • Expertise in flow cytometry, including panel design, sample preparation, sample acquisition, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in cell culture and basic wet lab experimental skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for IVD products, particularly in the context of flow cytometry (ISO 13485, CE IVDR)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Working Conditions
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Full-time schedule with day shifts
