We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the field of organizational change, culture development, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our programs, including purchasing and payment processes, logistics coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with administrative tasks related to organizational change, culture development, and employee engagement
- Coordinate logistics for OE programs, including venue searching, scheduling, and participant registration
- Prepare program materials and handouts
- Support communication, including drafting emails, invitations, and promotion documents
- Provide on-site assistance during program sessions, helping with set-up, technology support, and participant inquiries
- Support HR OE-related project management, including information research and data processing
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR or English preferred
- Good English skills in both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal relationship and a good team player
- Eager-to-learn attitude and a can-do mindset
