Job Summary

Nexperia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Foundry Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality assurance and system in our foundries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, including non-conformance reports and corrective action records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and compliance among foundry personnel.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foundry suppliers and partners to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide quality assurance support to new product introductions and process transfers to foundries.
  • Monitor and report key quality metrics and trends to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
  • Experience with quality standards such as ISO, IATF, AIAG, and VDA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
