Product Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Group. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Laundry Care portfolio.

• Develop and maintain training materials for Laundry Care portfolio
• Provide engaging and interactive training sessions to customers, sales teams, and regional trainers
• Assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Develop livestreaming scripts and collect feedback from training participants
• Organize and manage training schedules
• Promote usage of POSM materials and monitor execution

• Experience in role of product trainer
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information
• Ability to leverage various techniques to make learning effective and enjoyable
• Engage with learners and adapt presentation style and contents
• PPT, photoshop, video editing, and/or AI tool skills
• High affinity with technical consumer goods
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English communication skills

• Experience in selling products on a shop floor
• Experience with pitching/presentations to a large audience
