About the Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing programs to build employees' skills and capabilities, supporting the future needs of AIA. Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering training initiatives that drive employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the talent development needs of various departments and provide tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs, as well as organize workshops and events.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee training, including coordinating logistics, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
