At HIKSVS International School, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced KS2 Homeroom Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading educational project in China.
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, including a housing allowance, annual flights, and medical insurance.

Sutton Valence School, a leading English co-educational independent day and boarding school, has partnered with Hopeland International Kindergarten Group, a successful Chinese owned independent education provider, to establish this new co-educational, dual curriculum Preparatory School for 7-12 year olds in Tianjin, China's sixth largest city.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve:
- Teaching KS2 students and leading a homeroom class;
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students;
- Maintaining high behavioural standards and providing pastoral care to students;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in your subject speciality;
- A minimum of two years teaching experience;
- Strong academic background and professional standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to relate well to staff, students, and parents;
- High level of organisation and self-motivation.
