Job Description

This role involves planning, organizing, and directing the work of employees in the Western Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Prioritizing knowledge or experience in mixology is essential.

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints or concerns.
  • Description and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
  • Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu.
  • Confirm guest orders using the hotel's point-of-sales system and anticipate guest needs.
What You Bring
  • A minimum five years of administrative experience in a hospitality or restaurant related field.
  • Knowledge or ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Chinese language.
