Job Overview

Ferrero is a global confectionery company with a rich history and a strong commitment to innovation. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technology strategy and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the formulation of IT strategy, roadmap, and budget for the China region
  • Manage the demand lifecycle by partnering with business stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Assess demand priority level and feasibility, and develop high-level business cases when required
  • Monitor demand implementation, related projects, and demand closing in collaboration with project management
  • Provide contributions during the Business BluePrint design phase and verify that requirements fit the scope defined in the demand management phase
  • Assess deliverables during the UAT phase to ensure they satisfy the Business BluePrint model
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables in the post-go-live phase
  • Identify and summarize business requirements in collaboration with main business stakeholders
  • Build business cases with clear benefits
  • Lead the development of functional design in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture & Centers of Excellence for application design
  • Identify and analyze the impact of services implementation on business processes
  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve business processes
  • Facilitate dialogue between IT and business stakeholders, scoping initiatives and improving planning
  • Govern, assure, and manage China region's portfolio demand prioritization process
  • Engage with IT project stakeholders during the demand-gathering phase to ensure meaningful and efficient debate on objectives, priorities, and expectations
  • Oversee demand portfolio management, providing coordination, reporting, and governance over the portfolio of programs and projects across the region
  • Oversee the tracking of strategic portfolio risks/issues/dependencies, assess their impact on the portfolio, and take action to minimize
  • Continuously improve portfolio management based on stakeholder feedback and best practice principles and methodologies
Requirements
  • University degree in IT or related field preferred
  • 5+ years working experience in MNC on one of more of the following business operations & functions – IT Planning & Governance, IT Demand Management, IT Operations Management, Financial Accounting & Controlling, Business Process Engineering
  • Working knowledge in Cloud Computing & SaaS beneficial
  • Solid knowledge and business understanding of FMCG industry with demonstrated outcomes, achievements in digitalization & business process automation
  • Good communication skill to influence and build consensus with senior business partners
  • Stakeholder & Vendor coordination experience
  • Customer focus and ability for multitasking
  • Self-starter and drive for ongoing development
  • Advanced level of English, fluent in Chinese
