We are seeking a skilled Winder Specialist to join our team at Valmet China. As a key contributor to our winder service business, you will be responsible for supporting our customers across China, both in PFS and PIP. Your expertise in fine tuning, automation, and processing will be essential in developing local team competence and building standard and/or tailor-made customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support whole China Area winder service business both in PFS and PIP.
  • Develop local team's competence in process fine tuning, automation, and processing.
  • Solve customer problems through remote/onsite tuning.
  • Coordinate global resource transfer and share newest winder knowledge.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years' experience in winder area, preferably with focus on fine tuning, automation, and processing.
  • Familiarity with most Valmet winders.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Coaching team experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
