Job Summary:

The Head of Finance, Greater China role is a critical leadership position that oversees all financial aspects of the business in the region. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, leading financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Financial Operations: Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the business.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in finance or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in finance, with 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
