We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Verification Engineer-Pipeline Specialist to join our team at Philips. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in the healthcare industry, where you will be responsible for handling hardware product verification activities and reliability activities during medical product development.

About the Role

As an Advanced Verification Engineer-Pipeline Specialist, you will communicate with design teams, global teams, and other functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing product requirement specifications and designing detailed test cases based on these requirements.
  • Developing Verification Plans, Verification Specifications, and Verification Traceability, leading and performing verification testing, and generating Verification Reports based on design inputs and project needs.
  • Developing Reliability Plans, defining reliability test cases, and activities to improve product quality. You will lead and perform reliability testing, generate reliability test reports, and help the team meet reliability targets.
  • Recording and tracking defects, supporting designers in analyzing failures, and resolving defects. You will also help the project team improve product quality.
  • Supporting design changes, supporting impact analysis, and completing verification activities during changes.
Your Background and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Greater than 5 years of working experience with a bachelor's degree or greater than 3 years of working experience with a master's degree.
  • Familiarity with design processes and verification.
  • Experience in functional testing, environmental testing, and life testing.
  • Experience in reliability control and testing.
  • Experience in test case development, management, defect tracking.
  • Good communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Good English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Preferrably, experience in RF or mechanical testing, high-power testing, HALT/EMC testing, or healthcare industrial background.
About Philips

We believe that we are better together than apart. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
