Job Role & Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational products and courses to students aged 2.5 to 15 years, utilizing the KESDC system. This role requires a dedicated and responsible individual who can provide a first-rate customer experience and promote a positive image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver classes as per the assigned timetable, ensuring timely start and end of sessions.
  • Prepare and conduct daily teaching sessions, including demos, regular classes, and other types of classes, with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
  • Administer, correct, and record students' progress reports, tests, and assessments.
  • Monitor students' progress and provide timely and effective follow-up.
  • Participate in R&D activities, contribute to discussions on new teaching approaches, and engage in audio and video recording of teaching products and materials.
  • Mark student attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Substitute for absent colleagues as needed, both on-site and off-site.
  • Participate in academic and marketing events, meetings, and training sessions, completing assigned tasks.
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with parents, students, colleagues, and all departments.
  • Engage in regular observation and feedback sessions with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Proactively improve teaching skills through knowledge sharing with colleagues and utilizing available resources.
  • Participate in monthly orientation and on-job training, completing follow-up tasks on time.

Requirements
  • Native English speaker from the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 120 hours TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or above.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience required, or fresh graduates with a degree in Education, English, or Linguistics.
  • Highly responsible team player with strong work ethics.
Benefits
  • Salary: ¥18k-22.5k/month before tax.
  • Working hours: 40 hours (teaching+office hours)/week, including about 86 minimum teaching hours/months (around 20 hours/week).
  • Working schedule: weekdays 1-9pm, weekends 9am-6pm/10:00am-7pm or other shifts (depending on the shopping mall's opening time and center arrangement).
  • 2 days off in a row per week.
  • Contract renewal bonus (conditional: completion of the 2nd year contract and meeting the minimum teaching hours requirement).
  • Accident and medical insurance.
  • Reimbursement of up to 10,000RMB upon contract completion (for visa application and international air ticket).
  • Student sign-up bonus: 100RMB each.
  • Class fee of 115 RMB per class exceeding the minimum requirement of 86H/m.
