Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2+ years of manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience, with a focus on multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
- Working knowledge of multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain) and milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
- Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.
- Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent.
Technical Skills
- Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web).
- Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
- Experience with remote assistance tools.
- Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Experience with CAM software.
- Experience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus).
- Basic GD&T knowledge.
