We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our team at Beijing Century Joyo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for handling daily tasks, managing exceptions, and collaborating with service providers and logistics teams to solve issues. The successful candidate will act as a process expert, work closely with stakeholders on process improvement, and manage business reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Handle assigned daily tasks and manage exceptions in daily work, ensuring timely completion of goals.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems with minimal risks or roadblocks, evaluating compliance risks and escalating roadblocks when necessary.
- Collaborate with service providers and origin or destination logistics teams to resolve issues.
- Act as a process expert, working closely with stakeholders on process improvement and product launches.
- Manage business reporting, perform root cause analysis, and own specific actions to fix problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
We welcome candidates with:
- 1+ years of management experience.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and work as a team member.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
