About the Role

At Caidya, we are seeking an experienced Regulatory Writing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our medical writing department, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects and providing guidance to junior writers.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory writing, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality documents to clients, while also mentoring and guiding junior writers to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale regulatory writing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, applying this knowledge to inform project strategies.
  • Mentor and train junior writers to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a life science or related field, with a graduate/postgraduate degree highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical writing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality documents under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and teams, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
