About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products released from our site meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives are effectively managed in the mixing and packaging area. You will also be responsible for the timely release of finished goods in our SAP system and making release/rejection decisions when deviations or gaps occur.

In addition, you will lead site validation master plans and manage all types of validation activities, including 3Q HVAC, water system, and production equipment. You will also be responsible for drafting SOPs and WI related to project quality management and validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives are effectively managed in the mixing and packaging area.
  • Timely release of finished goods in our SAP system and making release/rejection decisions when deviations or gaps occur.
  • Lead site validation master plans and manage all types of validation activities.
  • Draft SOPs and WI related to project quality management and validation.
  • Monitor CC status related to projects and validation and ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure technology transfer processes are well followed for NPD, EPD, and sourcing change projects.
  • Conduct PFMEA for all types of projects in Tai Cang site and track risk levels and mitigation actions.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement robust CAPA in the mixing and packaging area.
  • Ensure AQL team daily onsite checking and reporting are in compliance with SOPs/WI/compliance requirements.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Food, or Pharma-related fields. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a management field of quality and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of disinfectants, cosmetics, and medical devices.

You should also have strong target orientation, high motivation, and entrepreneurial decision-making skills. Additionally, you should have people management experience, proven ability to lead and develop teams, and effectively influence people of all levels to drive change and improvement.
