**Responsibilities:**

• **Patient Care:**
  • Under the guidance of a senior doctor, develop a detailed treatment plan for patients, manage patient care, and clearly explain the patient's condition and treatment plan to the patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand and agree with the treatment plan.
• **Medical Records:**
  • Write detailed medical records and prescriptions in accordance with hospital requirements.
  • Complete and maintain patient medical records.
• **Clinical Practice:**
  • Strictly follow hospital rules and regulations, and technical operation standards to ensure high-quality clinical care.
  • Actively learn and apply advanced medical science and technology, and introduce new technologies and treatments.
• **Equipment Management:**
  • Use equipment properly and maintain equipment.
• **Other Duties:**
  • Perform other daily tasks assigned by the department head.

**Requirements:**

• **Education:**
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• **Experience:**
  • At least 1 year of experience as a licensed doctor.
• **Skills:**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.
