As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the timely availability of parts and machines within agreed service levels, taking into account optimal costs and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement processes and tools to identify and resolve exceptions and shortages
  • Monitor supplier performance and propose corrective actions to secure component supply
  • Evaluate component demand against capacities and resolve exceptions to ensure component supply
  • Manage rejects and returns process according to priorities
  • Monitor Supply Chain KPIs using the PDCA method
  • Responsible for Master Data management
  • Streamline logistics and warehousing activities to minimize operational costs
Requirements:
  • College Diploma with a mechanical manufacturing or engineering background
  • Experience in Supply Chain processes, including Planning and Inventory Control
  • Knowledge of ERP, engineering, and reporting systems
  • Experience with MS Office and reading technical drawings (PLM)
  • Local language and English proficiency
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
