Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in managing procurement product quality. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement products meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality audit plans and schemes for procurement products
- Coordinate and drive resolution of defects found during inspection
- Ensure transparent reporting of defect information in procurement supplier management
- Promote experience sharing and best practices in quality assurance
- Responsible for developing quality assurance team capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Quality Management
- Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Strong problem-solving skills, familiar with various quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC, etc.
- Good communication, teamwork, and logical thinking skills
- Prior experience in R&D, manufacturing, and quality management in the electric tool industry is preferred
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
