About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our front desk team to respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch guest service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to coordinate room assignments, special requests, and other guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including preferences, special requests, and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, lounge, and surrounding spaces.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality is an asset, but not required.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
