Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch guest service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to coordinate room assignments, special requests, and other guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including preferences, special requests, and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and events to effectively communicate with guests.

Requirements

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
