Concierge Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Marriott International. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
• Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
