Job Description
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and coaching of store staff.
- Maximize the business potential of the store by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing team by coaching, motivating, and evaluating staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Build a collaborative and cohesive team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement store visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Strong sales data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- University education background and good English language skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and excellent time management skills.
Benefits
