OEM Sales Specialist

As an OEM Sales Specialist at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for selling and promoting Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to customers in the industrial business field. Your primary goal is to explore and develop customer demand, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with clients.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in automation, electrical transmission, or mechanical engineering. You should have a bachelor's degree or above, basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills, and at least 3 years of sales experience in relevant areas. If you are a quick learner, have good business sense, and are willing to take initiative and think critically, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the OEM business model and its applications in the industrial sector.
- Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to customers in the industrial business field.
- Explore and develop customer demand, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest electrical motor and drives products, systems, and solutions, as well as related technologies.
- Initiate and motivate suitable activities to achieve agreed targets and goals.
- Establish and maintain good connections with customers.
