About the Position

As an IT Supervisor at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying business applications, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement applications to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Deploy and operate business applications, including hardware and platform deployment, internal coordination, and project management.
• Manage IT servers for infrastructure, including major upgrades, security patch updates, performance monitoring, and user administration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client computers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Maintain IT systems to meet information security guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Backup and restore data on servers, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver training programs on IT systems and applications, enhancing user knowledge and adoption.
• Support information security activities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in a corresponding function, preferably in an international environment.
• International project experience with collaboration within international teams.
• Experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• EHS knowledge and Quality Sense, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
