We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drama Teacher to join our team at eChinaCareers. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a well-rounded drama education to primary and middle school students in an IB framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging drama lessons and lectures that cater to the needs of students in Grade 1 to Grade 7
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and refine the school's curriculum, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning experience
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing targeted feedback and guidance to support their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in drama education, incorporating innovative approaches and techniques into your teaching
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering a love of drama and the arts among students

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Drama, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in teaching drama to primary and middle school students, preferably in an IB framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
