  • About the Role
    • We are seeking a skilled Electronics Tester to join our team at HELLA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying appropriate test methods for responsible Environmental tests and creating test flows according to customer standards.
    • The ideal candidate will have a degree in electronics, mechanical automation, or computer science and at least 1 year of experience in a test lab environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Responsibilities
    • A. Test Execution/试验开展:
      • 1. Identify appropriate test methods for responsible Environmental tests acc.to all various customer specification
      • 2. Review and analyze test procedure acc.to each customer standard and create test flow
      • 3. Execute test correctly acc.to specification and Hella internal required related procedures. Create and submit test report independently and timely
      • 4. Plan reasonable test capacity to ensure all tests execution to meet projects timing for validation, ECM, Re-DtC and requalification
      • 5. Analyze the reason of test failure, and feedback to the project team as reference for product optimization
    • B. Test equipment/试验设备管理:
      • 1. Create machine working instruction base on responsible equipment and facility, make reasonable equipment maintenance/calibration planning and tracking the carry out activity
      • 2. Capable to identity the necessary test equipment acc.to customer specification
      • 3. Test machine daily management/按要求做好每天设备的正常点检活动
      • 4. Issue purchasing application related to responsible machines (spare part, consumable goods...) to ensure defined consumable safe stock
    • Requirements
      • 1. Test lab engineer working experience ≥1 years, automotive Industry working experience, lighting manufactory working experience preferred
      • 2. Strong team working sprit and good attitude with target orientation
      • 3. Engineering bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical automation and computer is preferred
      • 4. English: Fluent English in spoken, written, and listening; Familiar with all Microsoft tools (word, excel, etc.)
      • 5. Communication skill: Good communication and presentation skill with internal & external
      • 6. Can deal with overtime, business trip timely
