Executive Director, Consumer Insights Strategist

PepsiCo seeks an Executive Director, Consumer Insights Strategist to drive growth and innovation in the Beverages category. The successful candidate will lead the development of strategic insights that inform business decisions, leveraging consumer trends, market analysis, and commercial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop data-driven insights to identify long-term growth opportunities and assess consumer and market trends.
* Collaborate with Category Insights Leads and Global partners to ensure a unified approach to opportunity identification and prioritization.
* Work effectively with Shopper Insights and Commercial teams to convert category growth plans into effective shelf execution.
* Facilitate day-to-day business decision making for the regional category lead by delivering actionable recommendations and leveraging systems that streamline communication.
Main Accountabilities
* Develop innovative, commercial, and brand-building insights to drive business and category strategies.
* Pull through global brand-building strategies into local geographies and ensure execution.
* Localize strategies and programs as needed and agreed upon by Region Category Leads and Global Insights Category Leads.
* Manage projects within own category/brand/demand space.
Requirements
* A strong understanding of PepsiCo's business in the region is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially PowerPoint presentation skills are required.
* Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, with ability to influence across the organization and external partners.
