  •     program development: develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  •     training delivery: deliver training sessions to employees on various topics.
  •     administrative support: provide administrative support for employee training activities, including coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and tracking attendance.
  •     evaluation and assessment: evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess employee learning outcomes.
  •     communication and collaboration: communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and other departments, to ensure seamless integration of training activities into the organization's overall strategy.

    to succeed in this role, you should have:

  •     5+ years of experience: 5 or more years of experience in training, talent development, or a related field.
  •     industry expertise: strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its trends.

    the salary for this role is approximately ¥300,000 - ¥500,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
