Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Primary Homeroom Teacher who can work closely with the Chinese teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate program activities and assessments, as well as providing a stimulating and effective learning environment for students.
- Main Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues, and the community.
Requirements
- Native English speaker with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education.
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' full-time teaching experience.
- Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in planning and implementing the school's curriculum, strategic plans, and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
