Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced VDI support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years of experience in VMware Horizon VDI support
• VMware certifications such as VCA, VCP, VCAP, or VCDX
• Knowledge of MS Windows 10 integration
• Experience with SCCM application deployment/patching
• Working understanding of project management best practices
• Experience with large, enterprise-scale integration
