Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee project activities and ensure timely completion.


• Manage costs, time, and quality, while maintaining customer satisfaction.


• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project.


• Prepare project organization and distribute project plans.


• Share knowledge and information openly.


• Define project groups, design reviews, and necessary developments.


• Organize and control project documentation.


• Identify and mitigate or eliminate risks.


• Analyze and address customer complaints.


• Monitor purchasing plans and ensure compliance with project schedules and contractual demands.


• Attend major purchasing activities and negotiations.


• Provide contract status reports.


• Update budget estimations and project cost follow-ups.


• Monitor bookings and invoicing from customers and suppliers.


• Manage back charges and +/- lists with customers and suppliers.


• Support project commissioning, start-up, and guarantee runs.


• Preview liquidated damages.


• Respond to failures during the warranty period.


• Introduce service personnel to customers.


• Oversee project close activities and transfer to the service department.

Competence:


• Bachelor or Master's degree in pulp & paper industry or mechanical engineering.


• Good understanding of project execution.


• Familiarity with mechanical drawings.


• Excellent English communication skills.


• Experience in mechanical equipment-related project management or design, manufacturing, or operation.
