The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This role involves assisting the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of hospitality management principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club operations.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing front office staff.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000.
