Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team in Chongqing. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for executing our business strategy, managing clients, and organizing academic visits to ensure accurate product information is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication;
  • Organize and execute academic meetings, adhering to company procedures;
  • Support business projects, ensuring successful project execution;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth;
  • Provide accurate business information and support daily operations with relevant data;
  • Participate in necessary business training and product knowledge development, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in medicine or a related field;
  • Significant experience in a related field;
  • Strong business acumen, learning ability, and communication skills;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with medical experts;
  • Strong innovation and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent presentation and coordination skills.
