Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for field equipment maintenance, including emergency failure repair and continuous improvement of equipment reliability and stability to meet production requirements.

• Analyze equipment downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and cost statistics to identify areas for improvement.

• Update maintenance plans and procedures based on equipment criticality, downtime, production tasks, and other factors.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC programs, perform regular backups, and implement continuous improvement of existing equipment.

• Identify key spare parts of the equipment and take corresponding measures in advance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or a related field.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.

• PLC programming, modification, and backup skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in machining equipment maintenance or commissioning.

• Familiarity with SIEMENS, FANUC, Mitsubishi CNC systems.

• Electrician certificate.

• Basic English skills.
