Sales Controller_XC

As a Sales Controller_XC, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing sales KPIs, including chance and risk evaluation. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business growth.

• Collect, analyze, and report sales data with high efficiency and quality, focusing on sales KPIs such as sales turnover, price change, raw material, R&D and tooling cost, profit and loss deviation, and cash flow.
• Conduct deep dive KPI analysis by business unit, customer, and product, providing clear overviews of chances, risks, and suggestions.
• Communicate effectively with core functions, including sales, logistics, finance, product management, and high-level management in China and Germany.

• Bachelor's degree in a commercial-related field, such as sales, marketing, accounting, or logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and commercial-related areas.
• Strong communication, influence, and analytical skills.
• Structured and result-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
