Analytical Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analytical Technician to join our team at ROHM & HAAS (FOSHAN) SPECIALTY MATERIALS CO. LTD. As an Analytical Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by conducting laboratory analyses, preparing samples, and performing preventive maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory analyses and prepare samples for testing
• Perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Use data systems to acquire and analyze data
• Report results to clients and stakeholders
• Train to perform routine analyses under the direction of senior team members
• Collect and process samples according to established protocols
• Monitor and maintain laboratory systems and equipment
• Document and communicate analytical results and data
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Completion of vocational education or upper secondary education, plus laboratory or manufacturing experience
• Post-secondary education coursework in chemistry or a related field
