About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Korean Team at Third Bridge. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in building relationships with experts and persuading them to speak to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential experts, negotiate consultation terms, and develop strong relationships with them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native fluency in Korean and excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong academic credentials or a proven background in a customer-focused role
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
