We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities systems.

The Role:

  • Execute operating plans to achieve team objectives and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities systems.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent downtime.
  • Respond to emergency situations and implement procedures to minimize disruption.
  • Build effective relationships with plant support groups and stakeholders.
  • Implement material, process, and equipment changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Document all maintenance activities and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electromechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance.
  • High/low voltage electrician certificates and boiler operation certificate preferred.
  • Familiarity with FMCS & SCADA system and programming a plus.
