Position Summary:
This role involves managing a variety of engineering initiatives related to MG products, coordinating efforts across multiple functions and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives to tackle business challenges and leverage opportunities.

• Coordinate resources across various departments including sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing.

• Monitor project timelines and budgets; communicate updates to stakeholders and relevant teams; identify and resolve issues as they arise.

• Lead project staffing efforts; inspire and develop team members.

Educational Requirements:
A degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science program is required.

Skill Requirements:

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with key products and services; ability to apply this knowledge effectively in various scenarios.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in addressing significant technical challenges; ability to mentor others in technical competencies.

• Influencing Skills: Ability to utilize effective strategies to influence decisions within and outside the organization.

• Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure resource efficiency and goal achievement.

• Team Leadership: Capable of building and managing effective teams, ensuring successful project completion.

Analytical Skills:
Proficient in requirement analysis; ability to document and communicate essential business needs for project success.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues within a manufacturing context; ability to coach others in resolving complex problems.

Product Development:
Knowledgeable in designing and developing new products from concept to production, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
