Job Title: Digitalisation Manager - VIE China

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a Digitalisation Manager to join our team in China.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digitalisation project in our Flight Training Department, supporting the department's transformation efforts and providing EBT services to airlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve training performance data management
  • Administrate access to documentation for instructors and trainees
  • Optimise the management of training performance data

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Civil Aviation engineering or regulations or Airline Operations
  • Experience: 2-3 years in airline operations or flight training
  • Skills: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, communication and public speaking skills, ability to combine regulatory requirements and autonomy
