At SAP, we're committed to helping our customers achieve success with our Concur solutions. As a Customer Success Partner Advisor, you'll play a critical role in developing high-trust relationships with our key customers, driving revenue growth, retention, and relationship health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer adoption and value realization
  • Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support delivery of add-on revenue goals
  • Establish strategic relationships with customers as trusted advisors, driving customer value realization
  • Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects
  • Maintain a clean book of business, ensuring data integrity for the business
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of account management or customer engagement experience in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
  • Account management experience with large global companies with a high level of complexity, focus, and intensity
  • Strong understanding and track record in Customer Life Cycle Management in driving customer adoption and value realization
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and revenue targets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive a value-based conversation
