Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent industry training is required, with a strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.

Technical Skills:

Strong computer skills are necessary for this role.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cGMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment is required.

Candidates should be qualified to operate packaging process equipment.

Experience in planning, organizing, and managing execution while evaluating results is crucial.

A systematic approach to problem-solving is expected.

International experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will oversee and ensure that all processes within their jurisdiction adhere to both internal and external standards. The role includes fostering team development to achieve high levels of excellence and meet defined targets while continuously seeking process improvements.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with production targets and quality protocols within the supervised area, contributing to the Balanced Scorecard definition.
  • Coordinate and execute the training plan for the area, ensuring its successful implementation.
  • Manage workflow effectively within the supervised area.
  • Guarantee the reliability and availability of production data.
  • Approve documentation related to area processes, ensuring batch reliability.
  • Lead projects aligned with cLEAN culture and best practices.
  • Negotiate interdepartmental demands affecting area performance and implement agreed actions.
  • Communicate area actions to the organization.
  • Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits.
  • Oversee personnel management within the area.
  • Deliver training on relevant topics.
  • Monitor performance of Operators, Technicians, and Coordinators, providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage resources effectively, assessing needs and contributing to budget establishment.
  • Collaborate with competence management within the team.
  • Ensure implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) and performance management within the team.
  • Address safety and EHS issues in the production area.
  • Ensure the Batch Production Record (BPR) is reviewed and signed by the designated individual responsible for packaging operations.
