Job Title: Group Head – Copy Director

As a Group Head at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), you will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals in developing innovative copy content that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch creative concepts to internal teams, including the Creative Director, Social Planner, and Account Service Team, and articulate the rationale behind the creative thinking.
  • Work in partnership with all relevant teams to ensure creative messages are delivered consistently and in line with strategy output from Account Service and Planning teams.
  • Provide feedback to team members on daily retainer execution and control overall deliverables.
  • Guide editors on daily execution and ensure that the Copy and Design teams produce a consistent message.
  • Ability to independently take briefs, create decks, execute, and present in front of clients for small projects such as H5 or Mini Program.
  • Ability to execute integrated campaign projects under the guidance of the Group Creative Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 5 years working experience in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm, with prior team management experience.
  • Prior experience in working with automobile clients is a must.
  • Ability to follow a campaign independently, starting with taking briefs, creating a proposal, executing it, and presenting it in front of clients.
