Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated K-12 Physical Education Instructor for a prestigious international school. This is a full-time role that offers an opportunity to contribute to the physical development of students.
About the Institution
This esteemed international boarding school is renowned for its comprehensive educational programs, serving over 4,800 students across primary, middle, and high school levels. With a diverse faculty of around 700 members, including approximately 100 international educators, the school is recognized as a pioneer in offering a full range of IB programs alongside IGCSE, A-Level, and AP courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging physical education lessons to students across various grades.
- Design and prepare lesson plans, implement tutoring strategies, and create assessments while providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with local educators to enhance and adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
- Evaluate and track student progress, setting achievable goals to foster improvement.
- Participate in meetings with parents to discuss student development.
- Maintain a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week, including a maximum of 15 teaching hours.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least two years of teaching experience.
- Preferred teaching certifications.
- Experience in an international educational setting is advantageous.
- Must be eligible for a work visa.
