Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Mixologist to join our team at Shangri-La. As a Master Cocktail Artisan, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role

• You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new cocktail menus and recipes that complement our food offerings.
• You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in all cocktails served.
• You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
• You will work collaboratively with our events team to create customized cocktail menus for special occasions and corporate events.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
